Angelina Wilson1I am very disappointed with Forward Bank's open communication with its customers. Online it says that their lobby is open until 4:30 p.m. I arrived at their Downtown location at 4:10 p.m. to complete a transaction. I was met with locked doors and no signs hanging indicating that their lobby is closed permanently and open only for prearranged appointments. It also did not indicate that their South location's lobby (this location) is only open 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. When I drove around back, their drive-thru was closed and they had cars parked in the lanes. This South Bank location's lobby hours are also not accurate and there was no mention that their Downtown location's lobby was closed permanently. This should be made more aware online for customers. Due to the lack of communication, I am very happy that I only have limited banking through them as I would not choose to do general banking here if this is how they respect their customer's time.
