Foothill Federal Credit Union S 1st Ave, Arcadia

I'm a 3rd generation member of this bank. Always the nicest service. Greeting me by name and everything. They almost never ask me for my account number or name because they know me! Awesome. Recently I had an issue with a withdrawal I did not authorize. I was seated with a woman I have never worked with before. ( there's a small chance she was new to the branch or foothill in general ) She was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any bank! EVER! She kept pursing her lips and not looking at me when I asked questions and I could see her monitor and she was google messaging another co-worker about how bad she needed a redbull from 7/11 next door. ( asking them to grab her one when the other person went on break ect. ) She kept saying things like there is nothing we can do about this, ect. That may have been true, but the way she went speaking to me was horrendous, she hardly gave me the time of day. Perhaps it was the way I was dressed ( not kidding ) I was on a lunch break at work and was doing some very messy stuff prior. I assume there was some judgement towards me, and seeing as how the only thing I use this bank for is Loans and my credit card I feel as though she was judging me based on the balance I had in my savings and checking! I have banked her mainly because EVERYONE in my family has done so. I will be leaving this bank shortly after the way I was treating and consolidating my loans at another credit union I bank with. I'm very angry over this woman's demeanor towards me. She will not fair well when we end up having a SOCIAL CREDIT SCORE.

Have been with Foothill Credit Union for about 5+ years. The best rates for auto loans and great customer service.

I have had two different auto loans with Foothill Credit Union. They've always had great service and never had an issue until now. I moved to Las Vegas almost three years ago. Still have made my payments with no issues but when i physically went to the credit union to pay off my car i verified with the teller of my current address of where to send my title to. She called someone and was gone 10-15 minutes came back and told me "yes we will send the title to this address". Well my title was sent to my old address in Las Vegas and now i have no idea where my title is. So she either lied and did not communicate with the DMV on where to send it or didnt do it in the first place. Foothill Credit Union apologized and told me there was nothing they could do at this point. So now I have to go back to California DMV and apply for a duplicate title wasting my own time and money for their incompetence. No offer for reimbursement for screwing it up or anything. Highly disappointed and will never do business here again.

The staff is very helpful the loan team made my car loan easy as 1-2-3. They do a great job. They answered all my questions. If I did not understand something they would take extra time to go over things to give you a better understanding. I feel I was never rushed asking extra question they would go the extra mile to make sure I understood it 100 percent. Foothill credit union has gave me the best experience with all the credit Union I have been with. Chris Anderson your team does a excellent job. They all deserve a day off with pay. I've been a member at the Arcadia branch for 40 years and they have helped me many times reach my goals by giving me loans, money market accounts, and clear information to expedite my goals. I appreciate this credit union very much.

Joined the Credit Union when they still had an office in Azusa in 1983, now going to the branch in Arcadia. Very friendly, very helpful always! My experience with the Foothill Credit Union has been nothing but Great!

The staff have always been kind and patient. I have always been able to get assistance from the staff to help me with my questions They are very patient. I have been going to Foothill Federal Credit Union for over 45 years.

I've been a member of FFCU for 34 years and they have always come through. We recently refinanced our home. FFCU made it so easy. Part of the reason was Rita Curtin she is great!! She bent over backwards to answer our questions and was a lot of the times our go to middle man or woman in this case. She always answers her emails in a timely manner. She is a great asset to FFCU and a people's person. Thank you, Rita C.

A bank that actually still gives their clients good customer service. And very competitive rates on loans and savings products.

Freely do what they want with your accounts (e.g. placing holds on checks that shouldn't have holds). Digital service and response time for digital deposits belongs in the 1980's. Call center is extremely rude, especially call center head LIZ. Speaks to customers in derogatory terms, gives irrational explanations for bank errors, will not help with errors that are obviously their fault. Accidentally deposited a check with misprinted account info, discovered and corrected same day. Three years later still get random calls from her (LIZ) telling me I don't qualify for services and chastising me for the incident. I am a working full time student, who works to pay for school but I am treated extremely poorly by them because I don't have much money. I do not need this in my life. I only keep this bank because I have a credit card attached and its close to my home but I deal with them as little as possible. Stay away, even if it's just so you don't have to deal with LIZ THE CALL CENTER HEAD. One of the worst people I have ever dealt with working for one of the worst banks. I would rather bank at Wells Fargo.
