Lee Ball1Worst place ever. Poor customer service . Arrived there 1 woman on phone with boyfriend laid back in her business chair other woman setting at desk don't acknowledge me. I ask how do I make a payment for a friend she gives me the quick spill I don't fully understand . Lady on phone gets rude with me cause it's not face to face interaction . Other lady comes back out gets in my face like the warden of a prison . Very rude and in professional. Do not recommend there business to anyone .

Claudia Jenkins1Horrible customer service and wait times. Sat on hold for almost 2 hours with no one ever answering. My son took out a loan here to help built his credit. It has never been reported to the credit bureau. No explanation as to why, even though his payments are automatically deducted from his direct deposit. No one answers the phone to explain why.

Alisha Pat1Was lied to about the options to be able to pay on my credit card since you can't call anymore, both at the branch and over the phone!!! They stated I wouldn't have any trouble and now I'm screwed because they made things harder now you can't speak to someone to make your pahmpay!!!

Paulette Davison1Called several times, even ask for a call back. No one answering the phones. The live response indicates they are not busy. Why are they not answering phone calls.? My station in line waiting for a response was 3 minutes that was 30 minutes ago.
