      Lazy. Three weeks ago I fill out business checking that says they will call me in a day. Wait patiently a week and call, they say they are busy and will be in touch shortly. Two weeks later I get a message saying I did't finish the application so it was rejected. Stay classy Ocala.

      Do not use for loans involving titles - Purchased a boat on 4/8 - registered the trailer shortly after since trailers don't have titles - called the bank so they wouldn't double pay sales tax for me - it's 5/18 and the bank has been holding the title without calling. They never took the time to call me to discuss a receipt for the trailer sales tax, but emailed the DMV and figured they'd just wait - Called three times in the past two days - Once the recording ended with a tone and I was disconnected, once I elected for a call back and received it hours later when I was unavailable and today spent 30 minutes on hold to be asked or a receipt so I can wait another week or two for my title to process - bringing the purchase to titling to 4/8 - 5/26 (hopefully). Unacceptable. As soon as it's processed I'm going to find a new loan servicer to refinance with (even at a higher rate, because I'll put a premium on customer service) and do a better job researching communication and reliability.

      The machine steals your money and card. If ur not paying attention i’ll have to wait days for your stuff to return back to you if they do! I will be taking. my truck payment and business somewhere else I suggest others do the same. It’s Not just their atm that has issues. They love piling up money

      I received a postcard in the mail from Florida credit union that if I opened an account deposited money and transferred my direct deposit within 60 days I would get a $300 bonus added to my account. I did all of that and did it immediately having my Social Security sent to Florida credit union. Not only did I never received any checks after months, but I couldn’t even use my debit card. Today I went to this location on Silver Springs and sat down with the assistant manager. My direct deposit goes into my account on the second Wednesday of the month. Although I followed all the guidelines to meet the $300, I missed the 60 day deadline because of when my checks or direct deposited and win Florida credit union excepted the new wire transfers of my monies. It was no fault of my own and the bank is aware that peoples direct deposits happen on certain days of the month so even if I missed it by one day, they said they were not going to honor the $300 bonus. I think the customer service at this bank is pathetic. The ATM machine Outside does not function and you can never get through on the phone to anyone whether you’re calling about your debit card or to speak to a representative at a local branch office. I am canceling my direct deposit to this bank and going back to my old bank and closing the account as soon as the direct deposits are clearing in my former bank. The female bank manager could have reversed the decision but decided she was not going to. Beware of this credit union and any scam postcards you receive from them. It’s a total fraud and when you don’t even receive checks after 4 months, that should say it all. They can make all the excuses in the world of no staff and Covid problems, but if it’s on the consumer or member, that excuse doesn’t fly. Anyone who attempts to do this direct deposit and has 60 days to do it can fall in the same exact situation with Covid delays or depending upon what day of the week and whether it’s week one or week to that direct deposits will always occur from your employer, pension, welfare or Social Security. Customers do not come first with this credit union.

      Don’t bother calling over the course of the week I have tried 4 times at varying times average wait time is over a hour till my battery on phone dies no answer

      Please stop timing me out. There is nothing on the page when I check my balance that says log out. Therefore if I leave the page I am timed out. It may be two days before I can see my account again. All I get is a message saying, ” you have been timed out”. I wish you would correct this situation, I have reported this problem before. Your response was, “Sorry, we have been informed there is a problem”. Fix it or I will have to change banks, and I WILL tell people why.
