Applied for a short term loan/line of credit. Cashier, Vernetta, was not informative of the loan terms. She definitely needs more training. Customer service is of upmost. First Virginia, you need people who meet the qualifications of the job and are well educated on your loan product. I came to do business not personal issues. Please take paper bank statements and stubs when you go, because this lady was simply scrolling through my phone looking for what I had already showed her and gave her on paper. I’ll never do this again. My loan, not yours. Thankful it’s a short term one time thing and I made it through the process. If I had to deal with that girl again, First Virginia will be out of business.

I see why it was empty they tried to charge me 10% to cash my check and then still charged me 7%! Hi way robbery and false advertisement this wasn’t no low rate!! Never again😠😡😡😠
