Closing on a house whether you are the seller or the buyer can be a painful experience. Nothing of that sort with First International Title in Key West and Mendy, their representative. I cannot find enough laudatory adjectives to describe how she handled that. With a bright smile and a very good sense of humor she didn't leave any of our questions without answers. Her follow-up during the whole process, before, during and after closing has been second to none. I strongly recommend this company and I commend Mendy for a job very well done.
