The entire loan process from preapproval, interest rate quotes, then to the final closing on our new home went smoothly and fast. First Financial beat all the other online mortgage interest rates and you get the personal touch of meeting face to face versus the online mortgage lenders. Great service!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly bank officers and all employees. They worked very hard to get our loan processed at the lowest rate available in a timely manner. Our loan officer kept us updated and aware of needed info as we progressed through the process. We don't need a loan mortgage very often but we would recommend First Financial services and we would go to them first.

Nice people, but, unfortunately not very competent. They promised they could open a business account for my out-of-state company. They did open it, but closed next day, because they realized they are not allowed to do that. Wasted 1+ hour of my time and delayed planned transactions.
