Keli Rogers helped us set up our business account and was delightful to work with. We had our 3 girls and they offered them coloring and were very open to our girls’ needs while we were getting set up! I highly recommend this bank to anyone in our community.

      Response from the owner

Hi Aaron! Thank you for your kind words, and we appreciate you choosing First Federal. Keli and the team at the Blue Lakes branch are dedicated to your financial well-being and providing exceptional customer service. We look forward to seeing you and your family again soon!

Very bad experience. Hidden fees for transferring your money from saving to checking, even though they are one account. Never heard from Blue Lakes branch after calling customer service.

I deposited money at another first federal Friday evening and then next day it was not in my account when right when I deposited the money I checked my online account and it was in there. I called to speak with someone and the manager Terry was no help at all. was very rude. Was not understanding why I am upset because the money I deposited was not in my bank account and I know for a fact I would not be the only one upset about it. I asked for just a simple answer and I understand that they can't see other branches deposits but she could have been a lot more friendlier about someone being upset because they don't know what had happened to their money. She hung up on me. I wasn't cursing, I wasn't yelling, I wasn't being completely baligurant. I just wanted a simple answer. I would give a flat zero if I could

I have always enjoyed working with first fed but the customer service at this branch is less than impressive. They are quick to jump to conclusions and address situation without empathy or compassion.

Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and they are fast and efficient! I've banked here for many years. I feel my account is protected, and I feel like a valued guest, every time I come in, or go through the drive thru.

Great bank but very hard to get a loan at even if you made every credit card and mortgage payment on time never been late or missed they don't look at that they just look at your Credit to debt ratio And if you need to get a loan to pay your debt off you can't they need to re figure this out because that's not right
