      The worst experience I ever had refinancing a home loan ..The loan person we had was just horrible and that's being kind ..no communication etc ..almost 45 days and no close ..I canceled going elsewhere ..they can keep whatever money I paid up front because they need it more than I do ..waste of time.. I forgot they also wanted 1% lock in fee what a joke ..I also c this business does not respond to any post good or bad on face book , I rest my case

      Place is arrogant in loan approvals even with 760 credit and 60% down with our home loan and car with them. Won’t ever do business with them again.

      Manager was very rude to me. I walked in for information on a home loan. Waited for my turn like everyone else. Another customer walked in and got preferential treatment and I got stuck waiting another 10 minutes. I said something to employees and got stuck dealing with that manager. She was very rude to me.

      Left after 20 years of being a member. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone. Unethical snakes of employees.

      Very smooth process of refinancing auto loan. Loan officer Celina Cella has provided an outstanding customer service. Excellent credit union.

      If it would let me rate with 0 stars I would I'll never be so glad to have the auto loan paid off this is the worst place to have a loan from I will never and strongly suggest to others to not use them it has been 1 thing or another since I got the car in 2016 and there customer service is just as bad HORRIBLE

      BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their bank does not link to quickbooks and they followed up with bad customer service when trying to link accounts. THE ACCOUNT STILL DOES NOT LINK UP TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE.

      Least secure financial institution ever. Been hacked, stolen checks, other people withdrawing from my account on accident. Each time they take forever to resolve

      Went to apply for a secured credit card and after giving them all my info they told me i had to be 21 so I have an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit because they forgot to tell me I have to be 21 before pulling it.
