      First American Title Lending in Union City in my opinion, is the "BEST " store/office that I've ever been in. First of all the staff is extremely "Helpful" and will ALWAYS try to accommodate your needs when it comes to payments, and other options in making payments or just a nice conversation. Mr. Thomas is the MAN to see! He'll always give you the best customer care and he and his STAFF will always greet you professionally & pleasantly, even if you're having a ruff day.       Chris forgot to hang up the phone and I hear him complaining and talking about me behind my back on the phone, once I pay off this loan I will never do business with them again

      Excellent customer service! I recommend anyone to go to the Union City location. The customer service reps Alicia and Kendall are awesome and so is the manager Jordan!!! You guys rock!!! They all have great attitudes and make you feel welcome. Great rates and low payments too.

      I had a very great experience with first American title lending in Union city. Mr. Thomas Jordan was very very helpful! I had a few personal complications and he actually help me find other ways to figure it out.. I'm very satisfied with my visit and service today... Great place to go!

      I don't particularly like the fact for having to get a loan for an emergency. I did what I had to do but I would like to have an option to pay online and also not have to pay this high interest. I will be glad when I finish with this account and hope and pray I don't need another loan and I wish the payment structure was revamped to make it easier to pay off. Alecia is awesome with awesome customer service and a very pleasant personality.
