Rebecca Miller5David Centeno went above and beyond to help me. He is truly what a business is about . Professional, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. A great guy which makes me happy to be a member for over 26 years. Great guy and excellent staff 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Alexa5We had the BEST experience with David Centeno recently at Financial Partners Credit Union. David truly took care of us and our needs. We were having a hard time getting an auto loan for a classic car, and we were referred highly to David. He secured us a big personal loan ($30k) within days so that we could buy our dream classic car. We were accepted and now have the car in hand. Thank you DAVID!!!!!!!!!!! You rock and we can't wait to refer more people to you.

therese cornelius5My family have been members for many decades back when it was Rockwell Credit Union. I always got personable service, attention and real tellers I could talk to. I don’t particularly like the new location from Erwin, but I manage. I miss the old fashioned way of walking up to a teller, but the minute I walk in, I’m greeted nicely and guided to a member or video ATM. Roy Ponce has helped me a number of times with professional and kind service. The upgrades on their website have improved a lot over the years. Yes, there are growing pains in the changes over the years, but I still wouldn’t trade it for the generic bank. I get personal service whenever I need help. A phone call if I made a drastic online change that alerts them. And still feel I am a member who is valued over a B of A nobody! Thanks FPCU for being there for my family.

Victor Barrientos1Beware of the Manager Roy Ponce. He is not a man of his word. Financial Partners Credit Union will give you nothing but terrible service and will hold your money hostage. Do yourself a favor and pick a better credit union or bank. You will regret choosing Financial Partners Credit Union!! I'm closing my account. (Do not believe their response to negative reviews for they are not being truthful)

Eric Flett1I'm not sure what happened but they reactivated my deactivated accounts "twice". The first time I inadvertently paid my closed American Express Costco card because I only titled it Costco and it is now Citibank Costco. Nothing like an interest payment while waiting for the money to be returned. Did I get any help from FPCU, NOPE. Any explanation, NOPE. Yesterday all my closed accounts were reactivated again. Now I'm looking for another credit Union. We have been there for years and something changed in the way they treated their customers and not for the better.

Al Remetch5This FPCU branch is probably the future of banking. When I first walked in I wondered where the bank tellers had gone. All I saw was a few circular tables. A helpful attendant stepped forward and directed me to one of the discrete "ATM" machines. But this was no regular ATM. there was a video connection to a live bank teller miles away at an FPCU call center that walked me through my transaction and answered my questions. This was quite an experience but I'm sure will soon become an everyday experience. However, I did miss the regular friendly in person FPCU tellers.

U M1absolutely the worst bank ever. Have been a member for the last couple years and never had one returned item or negative balance. Deposit the same checks from day one on a regular basis and suddenly some bright mind decided to hold every single check for straight 7 business day holds ignoring the federal regulation about funds availability. Already filed a complaint about their illegal practices. Stay away from this place!

Júman González1This use to be a very good full service traditional Financial institution, but sadly in the last few years it has been pandering to the illiterate 160 character oriented millennial demographic, some of the best employees have left except two, Carla & Carmelina, their manager Roy is a douche bag, and they have new employees who can only speak twitter and have no other types of comprehension at all. You can't get a $50 bill, or a $10, or take out coins or even make coins deposits, in fact you have to talk to a screen. They have cut back so much in services and yet they have the nerves to charge $6 a month. No thanks! I went back to the Credit Union of my university Matadors, which for 7 years was voted best credit union in all of southern California. There was absolutely no reason for them to close their branch on Erwin street, especially since they have been growing. They could have opened this Store Boutique at The Village to attract the illiterate skinny jean wearing Millennials on the side. I don't recommend this Credit Union one bid.

Victor Barrientos1Financial Partners Credit Union is not safe to use. You will have nothing but problems and bank fraud on your account. They will also hold your money hostage if you inform them you are closing your account. BOYCOTT FPCU!! The manager is very unprofessional.

Sean Brown5When I arrived I was greeted with very friendly professionals. Honestly I've never opened an account so effortlessly. Becoming a member here made me feel like Iam banking with family and friends... All my assets were at my fingertips. THE FUTURE OF BANKING!👍👍👍👍
