Stay away at all costs. I am a real estate investor and have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a title agency. Leanne Shufelt, "Branch Manager, Asst VP" has to be the most unprofessional employee I have come across in years. Not only did she not communicate with me an early closing, she sent the WRONG closing statement for me to sign with her Notary. I spoke to her days later over the phone and she did not tell me (or admit) that they had sent me the wrong statement, with a wrong amount. An hour later she made a wire transfer with a different amount (1,500 less) and when confronted she insisted she had all the right because she had a copy of my listing agreement. This is ILLEGAL. I spoke with my real estate lawyer and he confirmed that in Small Claims Court I would be entitled to the difference. She also pro-rated the taxes wrong on the closing statement. Upon pressing to have the errors fixed, Leanne completely disappeared, stopped taking calls and stopped answering emails. I have done dozens of closings (purchase and selling) and this is unprecedented. My broker said "Honestly I have never experienced this in the 18 years I've been in real estate. All I can do is apologize, it's embarrassing"

Like to start off by saying at closing everything seemed professional But three months later I tried to file for homestead exemption found out there’s an outstanding lien on the title That wasn’t caught by the title search. I’ve submitted a title insurance claim it’s felt like I’ve been run around and degraded and nonchalantly blown off because of the fault of the title company. I do not recommend this title company as they did not do their due diligence. Now I am having a very hard time getting a clear title I guess it’s $300,000 mistake that they can afford make. Thanks for nothing national title except headaches and a home and title I can potentially be evicted from. Do yourself a favor stay far away. Last home was done through Merrit island title and it was a great decision. Never looked back.

The staff was awesome. The offices are spotless. They where warm and welcoming. All paperwork was ready to sign and i was done with in a half hr. Answered every question. It was refeshing rto deal with down to eath staff that had your best interst.
