I love this place. Nice family environment. Interesting selection. They've bailed me out a couple times. I was impressed that they loaned me $175 for an item that i paid $300 for a year before. Most pawn shops arent as generous. Ill come back again for certain.

Not willing to negotiate and is very close minded as a whole. Most items are marked too high for the condition they are in, and he doesn't seem to do much research on items before buying or selling.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I paid $150 for a computer that is absolute trash and the man who sold it to me was raving about how amazing the computer was and It ran well. No it did not. It had issues with the wifi card. The control panel had so much issues where it took 3 minutes to pull up. That is just terrible. So I wanted to return it since I tried for a day to see if it worked and ran well. They told me no returns at all. They told me they would look at it by some local computer place but I found out its some guy named Duane. I then came back just barely since I never received a call. The man started to yell at me and tell me he wanted $60 and told me "thanks mam for a waste of money". Then I asked if I could talk to this so called "computer expert". He automatically was yelling at me and telling me I need to learn how a computer works. I have had knowledge of computers for a good 13 years. I know when there is something wrong with a computer, so it was beyond frustrating their "computer expert" told me I had to plug in the computer to make it work. The man at the front yelled at me and told me he wanted money and was mad I wanted a return. It felt like a scam at this point!!!

The staff were very helpful. Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable in my time of need. Great family run business that cares about their customers. I would 10/10 recommend this place. Very fair with prices and so easy to work with.

Poor customer service, the store is messy and some employees are not friendly. I will not visit again.

He dose not know what to do he refuses to do anything

This guy does not negotiate, does not know what he's doing, and wants way too much for computers that seriously won't even update. Don't waste your time or money. This is not a pawn shop. It's a trap.

They low-ball you worse than Rick Harrison on Pawn Stars and GameStop put together, with none of the charm or charisma. Prices may be okay, but if you want to sell or pawn, do yourself a favor and go to Wasatch Pawn (Formerly Uncle Mike's). That pawn shop is FAR superior. What a joke.
