First time here and had a great experience. They also have a wide variety of items for purchase that I was interested in. Wes was very helpful and nice about helping me sell my item and look around. Definitely coming back.

Service and Treatment has gone way down... We have been regular customers and spent thousands of dollars here since 2012. They used to have excellent guys working here but Danny left and now things have changed. They don't want to work with you on the prices and would never buy my merchandise no matter how good it was. Finally after months of bringing items and them not buying off me and only wanting me to buy from them... I brought in some work tools that were given to me by my job- they gave me a really low ball price but I didn't want to walk away with nothing so I accepted. They must have not been able to sell them as high as they wanted because I got a call from the police that the tools were marked as stolen and they wanted proof I hadn't stolen them!!! These a**holes reported me to the cops! It was an extremely embarrassing situation but my company knew right away which tools were in questions and told the cops I was clean and they had gifted them to me. What absurdity!! Just cause they couldn't sell them at a higher rate they reported a customer of almost 7 years to the cops. No way ... I will NEVER step foot in their establishment again nor will I refer anyone to them .

horrible service, sold me a stolen playstation and would not take it back, very rude, i gave them four honest chances to take the item back and they ran a "diagnostic" on it, lied and told me it was fine. horrible service, very shady business, do not bring your business here, there is plenty of other local pawn shops out there that are people friendly and honor trouble shooting products. this isnt about an upset customer people. this is about other people should no the truth, this happened well over a month ago i just forgot to post it.

It was my 1st time coming there to sell my jewelry and omg the best customer service ever. Ivan is the best and gave me a great offer and I'm definitely coming back and will recommend my family/friends here.

I'm a Loyal customer of Fasst Cash Pawn and i always deal with Dan. He's great, all of them are but Dan is more attentive to your needs and wants and very knowledgable about everything that is in the store. I've purchased 3 laptops and 2 IPads and 2 digital cameras and never had a problem with any of them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Wonderfully honest and fair! I've never been to a pawn shop before...and I actually went to two this past Friday. The first one was everything I had been afraid of...filthy, dark, you had to be buzzed in with bars on the windows and doors, and it was in a bad area with highly suspicious people lingering around outside. Everything I pretty much always thought a pawn shop would be...just like in the movies. Fa$$$t Cash Pawn was the TOTAL OPPOSITE - super clean (so much that everything was literally shining and gleaming!!!), well-lit and organized, smelled wonderful, and the difference between the guy here (Danny? Bobby? Tommy? Crud....so sorry...I forget his name...that was two days ago and I have the memory of a fruit fly) and the two cretins at the other place was extreme. Danny/Bobby/Tommy was clean and respectable while at the other place the guys looked like they crawled out of a dumpster. Danny/Bobby/Tommy was friendly and educated while the other two....well, let's just say I bet they didn't graduate. (High school.) The first place tried to tell me that my gold was 8k instead of 14k which is all I ever buy...I didn't even know they made 8k?! They offered me a ridiculous amount after telling me that the price of gold is down (Seriously?!? It's at a somewhat high right now...I'm not an idiot...I've been watching it for months...since Brexit sent everything into a tailspin.) Fa$$$t Cash Pawn gave me $150 more than the scary place offered and treated me with total respect. I will definitely be going back here if I ever have anything to sell. I trust this place. You should, too.

Danny and Jose are the two coolest down to earth guys.they have helped me multiple times. Waving late fees to lending way more than my item should of got. By far best pawn shop in and around Boynton Beach. You are treated with respect from the time you walk in to when you leave.

I went to them to sell an item but the price they offered me was a rip off. Probably because I'm a woman! I took it to Value Pawn and they quoted me $50 more than what Fassst Cash did. So won't be doing business here. I give two stars for having a nice office though lol.

Recently i was on vacation and my house was broken into, i had cameras but it was hard to see the dark figures in the dark. So when i came back home i went to the pawn shop to try to replace what was taken. Low and behold all the stuff that was missing from my house was getting put out on the floor. I would know because my TV had a specific scuff mark on the corner from when my wife and I tried installing it on the wall. Talked to the owner and he downplayed it and said it was all a coincidence. Coincidence, me living right down the street from the pawn shop and my stuff going missing, and then it ending up there, and knowing that it is my stuff.

This place is the best pawn shop I bin to. Great people working here. Great prices. Can't beat them. Very fear will work with you
