Would give zero stars if I could. I litteraly just got off the phone with a representative who told me my call does not matter unless I have money. That is word for word what he said!

My brother passed away last year and we have been BEGGING them to come get his vehicle since there was no credit life. To this date they have not picked up this vehicle. I called today and got the same run around this time due to the pandemic all their "tow trucks have been put on hold." What risk do they have of catching anything?!? Strap up with your mask and gloves, drive by and pick the car up! If bus drivers and uber driver's, Amazon drivers and other companies can still do deliveries surely these guys can as well. We are moving and Clay Cooley (where the car is purchased) turned the car OFF! Now we can't even roll it down the driveway and out of the way to move. STUPID...JUST COME GET THE CAR!

I agree this is the worst company to do business with that I have ever dealt with, even their website password requirements are ridiculously hard to satisfy.

Run, Run away fast. This is a PREDATORY loan company. 21% interest!!! Yikes. My car was hit by another person, his insurance company totaled the car and we settled for $8800.00. They sent the check to Exeter. Now Exeter says I have a $1200.00 balance when it clearly shows on the website I have a balance of $1100.00. Scammers!!! Find anyone except Exeter to finance your car.

These people will tell you that they have not received payments when they have they will take there time getting you your money back then when you do get your money form them it's the wrong amount then they put your refund on a card that charges you to use it and you can't get cash off the card please people do not use this company you will hate you ever did they shouldn't have any stars at all skip over this company

Exeter Finance is a terrible company to get a loan from. Unfortunately I was forced to award them one star. For you own good, stay away from them if at all possible. As a full time student who has an apr of 23.95%, I have managed to keep my loan in good standing for 4 years. Last month I requested and was granted a one month extension. I would have asked for a two months, but I did not want to extend the life of my loan any longer if at all possible. I was not able to catch up on my finances as hoped, so called to ask for one additional month. After speaking with a representative and a supervisor (which was clearly just a supervisor of the call center somewhere overseas), I was informed it was "not possible because no one can override the system" , which I highly doubt. If someone wrote the program (someone obviously did), than someone can override it, they just choose not to. After making Exeter Finance nearly $9000 thus far through my loan, you would think the least they could do is rewrite a one month extension to be a two month. As mentioned above, stay away.

I had a Loan with them and 25% interest i was able to refinance with another company. BUT Exeter would not release my information for 30 days even after i had signed for my new loan.. they have a call center in India with people who use American names , most of the people i spoke with have no idea of what i was talking about . I was told repeatedly it would take 2 weeks to have a fax sent. 2WEEKS for a Fax.. 2 weeks ...... Please do not use this company if you have options. 30 days later i got my Fax only after they reported me being 45 days late on a loan that was paid off.

NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They suck!!! They are the worst. The people don't know anything about their job!!! GRRR so aggravated with this bank!!!!

Can't call them phones haven't been working Ina month and when I made them aware of it they claim not to be aware of this
