As a Realtor, I really have to give props to Ken Boyst and his team. We had a client who was moving to Oregon from Italy, so communication could've been a real struggle. But he was on top of it and really impressed me on how responsive and willing to help he and his team were. I really don't have anything negative to say. Updates were timely, service was impeccable, they were knowledgeable, and they were really easy and a pleasure to communicate with. Ken and his team made our quick close happen with such ease. Tagon was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every turn which was so appreciated and help ease our home buying jitters. Jordan always answered the phone with such a positive attitude and was able to answer a lot of our questions too. Evergreen Land Title is my "go to" company for real estate transactions. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt! I buy houses for cash, and I require a quick turn-around time for my sellers. And Evergreen delivers!

Setup two escrow collection accounts. Had problems with funds not being properly distributes and never received any monthly notice or statements on transactions until I asked for them 7 months later. I gave them this low rating because they did not have a very good attention to detail on what the customer wanted when they setup our accounts.
