We initially started working with Ethan and Shannon to purchase a home in Cache Valley, but from 600 miles away it became apparent that wasn't going to work. They listened to us and provided guidance and they are now assisting us with building a home there (still from 600 miles away) and they are tremendous in their professionalism and responsiveness. It was nice but ultimately I was more interested in a nearby property that had been listed a couple years ago but didn’t sell and wasn’t currently for sale. Regardless, Shannon agreed to locate and contact the current owner to make an offer. To our surprise the owner agreed to sell. I really appreciate Shannon going the extra mile for us when I know she didn’t have to. Also, Shannon was great to deal with. It was my first land purchase so I had a lot of questions.
