Called in to get some info on possible liens on a property I was interested in. I spoke to Liz who was beyond helpful and kind. She gave me very helpful and detailed information. Highly recommend Equity Title Company.

I would not use this title company. Kevin Vanderschans was extremely unorganized and sent the wrong info to my lender, twice. But the main reason I would never use them again is because of what he emailed me (see attached screenshots) when I asked him for a copy of my recorded deed. It was extremely rude and inappropriate. His job is not to give email etiquette advice to clients. Also, I highly doubt he would have written that email to a man. Do not support businesses like this.

I would like to personally thank Equity Title Co for all their hard work and efforts. I have been in Real Estate Law for 25 years and have never experienced such professionalism. The Title Team is always on top of their game. The comments made below about specific people is considered slander. As an attorney, I do not approve of this method of review to actually name parties directly. I personally know both people named below and they are quite the opposite of what these reviews state.
