We had a very good experience with Equity Title and Escrow to close our new house remotely. For various reasons, the bank approved the mortgage loan almost at the last minute on the closing day. But Equity Title and Escrow people got everything ready so that we still can get the closing done as scheduled. We really appreciated their excellent service.
