I was this store today. And I meet a guy name jack. Customer service was so on point I almost walk out and then come back in. To see if this was real. I am looking for a gun and he took his time to show me what I was looking for. I told him thus will be my first gun. And he showed me how to hold it, the 3 hot spots and the gun that will be right for me. He also showed me where to put my finger when i when I am pulling back on the chamber. If you are looking for a good gun and great customer service. Go to Emergency pawn shop and ask for jack. So glade I stop by.

I have been using Emergency Pawn Shop for the last few years. I have always had WONDERFUL customer service. I have pawned, sold and purchased from this location. I ALWAYS get a fair price in all my experiences here. I would recommend this business to anyone I know. And I look forward to doing business with them for years to come!:)

Only reason they get a two star is cause the lady, the first time I went in,was willing to work with me when I sold a gold ring. The second time a dude there low balled me on a solid gold necklace, the he also claimed weight less than the necklace does.he also and treated me like I didn't know what the price of gold was at that time. Don't fall for there Mr. Nice guy attitude, they will low ball you and then try and treat you like your stupid. With people like him running the place it won't stay in business much longer

I go here at least twice every week. The selection and inventory are not surpassed. They have the best tools and electronics around. I’ve been going there for over 8 years.

We came in looking for a weed eater and found exactly what we needed, and also in our price range! All the staff was extremely helpful and super nice! We also went in at the end of the day after going to many other pawn shops in town. The place is HUGE and they have so much more than any other pawn in town. They didn’t rush us or act rude like the other pawn places. Will definitely be a regular customer here!!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences in a long time. I went in looking for a new firearm. A gentleman by the name of Jack help me with picking out the best one for my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely tell my family and friends to shop here.

I came in today looking for a handgun was immediately greeted and helped tremendously! The customer service here is incredible. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable on every type of gun that was there and gun accessories as well. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

I came in on lunch break to look for a cheap guitar. Not only did I find a cool guitar for cheap but it was also on sale an additional 20% off! The owner and guy who rang me up were cool. Good experience, I’d recommend checking them out!!

I took gold jewelry and was told is was fake took to johns pawn and it was real
