EKKO Title Bowman Green Dr, Reston

Yesterday & today I called 8-10 local title companies (RGS, Optima, Key, Premier, Ekko, Universal...) JDM is the only company who was able to help with a TITLE search for a home I'm not buying or selling. The price is reasonable and turn around is 2-4 days. Considering all these companies are title search companies I don't understand why JDM is the only company able to assist with a title search. Ekko was going to send me along to someone who could assist but could not find the number of a company they recommend.

Jon and his team over at Ekko-Reston are fantastic! As a real estate agent, they'll always be my go-to title company based on their professionalism and follow through. I have complete faith that when I send a contract their way, Ekko will pick up the ball and run with it to make sure the clients, agents and lenders are all informed throughout the process.

First and last experience with them. I am a real estate agent and this title company closed the buyer's side of on the sale of my clients home. Settlement was on 2/12/2019 and I still have not received the final settlement statement. My title company has called/sent emails as well as myself and we have no response. Ekko title made an error on the settlement statement that resulted in my clients paying an additional $2500. They acknowledged the error and agreed to have the money sent back to my clients. Since Tuesday February 19, I have not received any response from them regarding the $2500 due back to my clients or the final settlement statement that I am supposed to submit to my broker. Please avoid using this title company if you can. Lack of communication and shady/unethical practices.

This is one of my "go-to" Title Companies when a client is buying a home in or near Reston, VA. Totally professional processing department responsive to inquiries, good communication and workflow, willing to find solutions to issues that pop up, and of course very organized at the Settlement table. Excellent location with plenty of parking

Had a great experience closing here on my condo. Jon went over all the documents with me and was excellent at explaining everything without being condescending. Highly recommend.
