      The worst customer service experience She don’t know what she’s doing Talking on the phone not paying attention on the clients in office No customer service skills at all Go make burritos you’re not good for this office job

      Horrible experience!! The ads on T.v./radio, what a joke. they make you feel you are having them run a house loan or thousands and thousands of dollars. My husband's exact words were, "it's as though they declined us before we even explained to them why we needed a loan" they dont deserve a 1 star. horrible customer service. All ladies left the office to get food and left on person to cover phones and our service. Never again. dont trust the ads!!! They dont deserve your time!!
