These people completely left me and my mother hanging. I called DFW mobile notary now to come to my mother's assisted living facility to notarize a document. The guy I originally talked to on the phone texted me and said between 10:30 and 10:45am. Ok, I and my mom go down to the lobby and wait at 10:25. At 10:33, I noticed a missed text that says give me a call. I did talk to the guy I previously spoke with and he put me on three way with the notary lady that was supposed to service us. This lady said she came by the facility but didn't come in. She says she called me and since I didn't answer, she left to her next appointment. I tell her we've been waiting in the lobby, You say 10:30 and it's only 10:33, can you come back?... The notary lady says yes and it will be 11:30 at the latest. We waited a whole hour later and I texted the main number for an update. The guy just texts back and tells ME to call her. I called and was sent to voicemail. I text the main guy this and he says he tried to call her too and no answer. Ok, then so what's next? I text and ask If they're just going to leave us hanging. Nothing. THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND WHEN THEY BECAME SO LATE THEY JUST DECIDED NOT TO COME. I called another mobile notary called Roberta Clark and she arrived in 35 minutes ready to work. Highly recommend her. I don't think I've ever given one star but these people deserve it. They gave up on us and didn't even give us the courtesy of telling us they gave up. Horrible character. DONT USE. HERE'S A SCREENSHOT OF OUR TEXT. ***Update*** Owner just responded with lies. Nobody came in to the assisted living apartments lobby, nobody. I did not get a call at 11:30. Another notary service took care of us, so why would I go through the trouble of writing this review if it wasn't true.
