      Brian Pearce was was willing to go the extra mile for my home purchase. When I was willing to pay more he got it for less! Was willing to hammer out any issue after the sale.

      I have worked with curtis and sons for a while now, i bought my home from them. They also helped me sell my moms home and my friends home after they passed. Which made it less stressful fir ne during a very diffucult time. So when i decided to go into real estate i decided to stick with them. Ashley Duncan is not just looking for a paycheck she is looking to make your dreams a reality!! We close on my 2nd rental next month! Thank you Ashley and all the staff at Curtis and sons!!

      Curtis & Sons was so helpful and understanding with every step in the process of selling my home! JJ is amazing and my house sold faster then expected! He took the time to explain things to me and discuss all my best options! His staff is also super friendly and very speedy at getting things done!

      Posting a review on google since I posted a review on the Facebook page months ago and was told (and cursed at on the phone) that I needed to delete it by JJ Curtis himself. He deleted my review from Facebook about how unprofessional I thought he was when treating friends of mine. All I said was he was unprofessional and he took that as a bad rep for his company. Curtis and Sons might be okay to buy a house from, but I would never ever rent from this company. Taking the time to post this review on google since it cannot be deleted by the company owner, so people can know that there ARE bad reviews about a company before they rent from them. Any other people leaving a bad review-I wish you luck. I hope I don’t receive another call for this review!! Bad reviews and good reviews are what makes a company a company. You just so happened to receive a bad one, no need to fight to remove it.

      Hey Nicole, I'm sorry that you believe your friend's experience with our company was less than par. Your review does contain some truths. I followed up via phone after receiving your Facebook review, as no one at my brokerage recalled conducting business with you. After you explained you were leaving this review as you thought a third party was wronged--I explained our general leasing, move in, and move out procedures . At the end of our call, I did ask you to please amend your review because I believed a miscommunication was clarified. Days later, I conversed with your friend regarding your review. I asked if he could do anything to help me, as I just assisted him in mitigating financial damage caused by breach (early termination) and property damage--don’t get me wrong, this wasn’t expected, but I was hopeful that a good deed would be reciprocated. He told me he'd speak with you. We take customer experience reviews very seriously. When we receive a negative review, my first step is to normally review the customer file, and see if there is anything I can try and correct to improve the customer experience. I hit a brick wall with your review, as we did not provide you services at either a client or customer level--thus the phone call. I do understand that anyone can leave a review, and if you do enough business, you're bound to get a rough one now and again.       Ashlee Duncan was our realtor she went above and beyond to help us get our house. She also helped us find the places to go for our utilities including phone numbers. She worked late hours for us even though she didn't have to any questions we had she took the time to explain or she found out the answer all with in an extremely timely manner. We would recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor. We found our house but just needed help from a realtor when we got in touch with Ashlee she jumped right to work and made the process so easy. It was our first time buying a house her patients with us was remarkable!

      Cassie Daugherty was excellent. While we were looking for our forever home. She was quick to arrange showings of home we wanted to see as well as she watched the market and notified us as soon as something came on the market she thought we would like. Once we found our home it was the first day it was on the market. She he stayed late to get the offer in before anyone else had a chance. Once the offer was accepted She was very active on getting inspections etc scheduled. She was always available to answer questions and assist in anyway we needed throughout closing. I highly recommend Cassie for any real estate needs.

      JJ and Claire were great to work with. They helped us make the necessary contacts with local contractors to get the house ready to sell, and we felt like a lot of that responsibility was lifted off of our shoulders. They were personable and worked hard for us. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

      Ashlee was a life saver! I inherited 9 run-down properties when my mother died. After taking a leave absence to take care of her for 6 months, I was beyond exhausted and desperate to get rid of all the properties that were just costing money. One of the properties was two hours away from my home. The kitchen was partially remodeled and didn't even have a kitchen sink. A realtor at another agency wasn't able to sell it in 6 months, but Ashlee had a contract in the house within 3 weeks! She arranged for an HVAC tech to fix an A/C issue, hired a plumber to install a sink, and even picked up a faucet a local hardware store! The sale was quick and painless for me, and I still got a reasonable amount of money for the property. She works hard!
