      Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service has gone into the toilet. Letting go of qualified people in branch locations to then understaff the Wichita area was the worst move this bank could have made. Great rates do NOT cover the complete lack of customer service. HOURS on hold....this is not an exaggeration...HOURS! To then get someone who cannot answer your questions and be sent to a voicemail that never gets returned. I have bank with them for almost 30 years. Bought and sold cars, houses, my children banked with them. I will be paying off all debts and leaving this bank for an actual bank that has quality customer service and want to be your financial guides.

      My husband had an account with them since he was in high school. We moved back here from my hometown in Alaska, we had no problem getting our account set up. We had a problem with a voided check. My husband called and talked to the wichita branch about how to fix it. They told us to go to great bend branch and close out our account and open another to resolve our situation. One of the workers in the great bend branch was telling me after closing our account we couldn't reopen another one. I did not even give this woman my information and she already knew what I was there for and denied me doing what the branch in wichita said to do. I felt like she had a personal problem with me. Mind you I'm not from great bend, my husband is. She just seemed bitter towards me for some odd reason. I don't recommend going through them, usually credit unions are there to help people not treat them horribly and deny them being a member. I have never met a bank or credit union that would deny people coming to them to open an account or resolve an issue with their bank account. Most of the workers were wonderful and nice. It's sad this one lady had to be ugly and rude.

      I have been trying to talk to an actual person and have been waiting for 2 hours but my wait time is 5 mins. Tried the system of them calling you back thing and that was a total joke. Credit Union is a joke. Been banking here for years but will start looking for some where else that I can call and talk to someone and not wait all damn day. There are somethings you have to talk to an actual person not the voice automated system or go to their web page!

      Way to go cu great job on losing customers. Your saying seriously needs to be changed cause this bank is not welcome to friendly. The last few years of being a member have been terrible. Biggest mistake ever getting rid of and chasing off some of your faithful long standing employees. You don't care about your customers or your employees! The few new employees you do have are straight incompetent and can't even answer simple questions. My dog is smarter.

      My husband and I have banked here for years. While we would give Kelly Higgins a 5 star review, Ms. Lamb would receive a 0 star. Her exact words this evening to my husband and I were, “ I don’t have time for you tonight. I take appointments and you don’t have an appointment.” Well Ms. Lamb you may have just lost your bank 2 checking accounts, 2 savings accounts, 3 car notes a Heloc loan and future notes. Because we don’t have time for RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL loan officers.

      If you are closing the drive thru in Great Bend and terminating employees for automated services I will be closing my account and moving to a different bank.!!! Your drive thru has not closed yet the word is not good on the future in this bank. And you should change your moddo from (welcome to friendly) to welcome to corporate America.

      When we started with credit union, we had a mortgage at local bank. We were making double payments upon principal with extra payment goals of paying home off in 7-10 years. At times it seemed fruitless thus we had it evaluated by an accountant, We then changed to credit union in Great Bend, KS. We love Roy & all the staff we associate with when using any of the bank options. It's security system, banking on line & mobile apps are up to today's dates & user friendly.       So I just spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for an actual person to talk to. That didn't happen. After following the prompts to activate a debit card, the line just hangs up. Did this twice. I bank at this place and am very disappointed with this level of service. So I'll be driving across town to talk to someone face-to-face which is a huge waste of my time. Might be time to surrender and just bank somewhere else. Credit Union - 1, Joel - 0.

      Been at this bank since I was 14 now 25 haven't had a single issue. They have always been Abel to address any concerns I've had Btw drive thu opens at 730 am lobby at 9 mon-fri

      Because I know I paid on 3-16-20 on both my lungs because I have a freaking receipts and they sent me to letters in the mail that I did not pay on 3 -16 -20 so I'm very unhappy they should really figure that crept out before saying people did not pay on their lungs
