The service rep was great. I have a maintenance agreement and he pointed out I could use that (I misread it thinking I had to wait to hit a mileage point rather than an elapsed time) and save my dealer offered free oil change after the agreement expires.

I trust Bommarito Ford because they gave me such an awesome deal on my 2018. So when I got an notice from them saying I was eligible for an up grade, it was a no-brainier. Even though Eddie assisted me, my original sales assistant got the credit - which I thought was great. I wanted my next Escape to be Persian Green, but they didn't have it on the lot. What they did have was an upgrade in that color with all the bells & whistles...so I applied for that one and got it. I am over the moon happy with my 2020 and have recommended Bommarito Ford to my tribe & friends. I've been in a Ford Family every since I can remember, and I will continue to be for as long as I drive. With the 2020 models, Ford has stepped up their game. I've bought a luxury auto without the luxury price and that's better than best!!

I took my 2011 Ford F150 FX4 For a recall on a six speed transmission. I was over the mileage that they gave us so I had to pay out-of-pocket. The dealership was really good my customer service guy Mr. Dan was real professional I would recommend the Ford dealership to take your vehicle in for service. It was just unfortunately that I had to pay out of pocket but very happy.
