      professional and friendly.comfortable clean office with enough space to social distance. Makes me feel welcomed and doesn’t treat me like I’m a bother for calling only to ask questions. I’ve gone to office 3 times now and since my first visit Ive been greeted by name.

      I had to let my loan go unpaid months ago because of family issues. Today I called to get the payoff information. I spoke with a very kind woman named Tory. She genuinely sounded more concerned about the family issues that caused me to fall behind then she did about collecting the money I owe. Tory handled the whole situation with care and understanding. Unlike a lot of other loan companies I’ve used Tory had a heart and you can tell she has a family. Thank you for the kind conversation and the information I needed to get my account handled.
