Not sure what company this is? But when arriving these are the TWO names in the wall? NOT a company name I was dealing with! The person or company name I was dealing with as the closing agent was referring to themselves as “closing angels” ! This was not an example of a #happyclosing As a Realtor sellers’ look to us for suggestions as to what Title company to assist with closing. I would absolutely NEVER recommend using them. They were non responsive and replied or called back when they felt like it. I am not sure about Core title, but I tried to call them also but the number they have listed only went to a recorded voicemail with a name to email. The lawyers office deals in bankruptcy and foreclosure, so I can only assume that is how they get their title business!

CORE Title is an outstanding company that I have closed many loans with for my borrowers. Hemant Panchal ALWAYS goes above and beyond to exceed my borrowers expectations. My wife and I put our home on the market a couple of months ago, and our realtor (who we love) suggested using Hemant Panchal @ Core Title. Since we trusted our realtor explicitly, we said, "sure!" What a blessing this turned out to be. Mr. Panchal was extremely easy to get a hold of (I prefer email, and he never let us down) and was professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly and graciously answered our questions throughout the process and was very thorough in his title research. He impressed us so much that we asked if he could handle a direct sale (seller to buyer) in which he said, "no problem." In less than two weeks, we were closed on another property but as the buyers this time. We would highly recommend Hemant Panchal to anyone that needs a closing agent for their real estate transaction!

Just looking up Core Titles information to give my realtor for the 4th closing I'll have with then in about a year. I am very taken back to see a negative comment on their reviews as I have always had amazing service here. Hemant is literally a miracle worker! I was introduced to him on the buying end of a short sale that was stalled, the seller and I had agreed on all terms but the bank was unresponsive. Within a couple months Hemant got us closed with all the terms we wanted! I had had the house in contract for over a year prior to that. Thankfully the other two purchases were much simpler but after all his efforts and diligence, I will give him the opportunity to close ALL my deals and have recommended Core Title to many people!

Core Title Services are the perfect mix of old school closing and more Modern closings. Hemant Panchal the closer of the company can do pretty much anything with the closing to not only take care of the client but also handle in-house closings, mobile closings, mobile notaries, etc. My experiences with Hemant and Core Title have been nothing but spectacular to say the least. Also, I am not sure why the previous comment is what it is because you have a quality title company within an incredible law firm. Attorney Justin Clark. Also, Hemant is very capable of handling all types of closings to include investment related deals, home purchases, and commercial properties. Seriously you are foolish in my opinion to go anywhere else.
