CommunityAmerica Credit Union State Line Rd, Prairie Village

This location is useless. No one ever goes inside. People go to this location for the ATM. The ATM does not work late hours when the signs say 24/7. You can’t deposit money either. For people who work a normal 8-5 job this is very frustrating. Since they took the ATM’s out of the HyVee they should extend the hours at this location AND add a deposit option. I now have to drive 15 minutes out to find a working ATM. Do better Community America.

Branch location and employees are all perfectly fine, I just really dislike how the 2 Community America ATM's that used to be inside of the Hyvee at 76th and State Line were moved to this building, which is closed after 1 on saturday and all sunday. When the ATM's were inside of Hyvee they could be used as long as Hyvee was open, as well as using interactive video tellers until 7 PM on saturdays. At the very least please add a deposit function to the ATM attached to this building. It is very frustrating to have to drive 15 minutes one way to deposit money after 5 PM now that the ATM's have been moved inside of this unneccessary location.

Chaz helped my husband and I with a very sticky situation today. He was able to help us out immensely on our closing day when I mistakenly had a check for a large amount written out to the incorrect title company. He was able to understand the situation, verify with the DM what was needed to be done, and then sit on hold with an out of state bank for 20 minutes to verify funds and have a new check cleared that day. Chaz has gone above and beyond and spent a lot of time and attention to our needs. We will for sure be coming to him for future banking/finance needs.

I appreciate the location. It's convenient. The staff is helpful and always kind.
