I just did a refinance here and I have to say that the employees that I had contact with were all top notch and know their business. Before that, I always had a good experience when visiting the Fleming Island Branch as the employees there are always friendly and I have never had a bad experience at all. I have been banking here for years and that is why I chose Community First to refinance with. They are always ready to help and make you feel important and confident in your dealing. Like they say, I can be myself there. Thank you all.

I am so happy with Community First Credit Union I make sure that I recommend them to any one I come in contact with when banking comes up. I don't know everyone at the Fleming Island location but I will and I have never had such care and concern that I was taken care of From Rachel, Matt, Aida & Zayd. Like many Fleming Island residents I was caught in a disastrous switch when BBVA sold out to PNC.Bank. I won't go into the details but lets say that the situation was handled beyond poorly. I decided to check out Community First Credit Union and they swept me off my feet. I can't tell you all they did for me but the smallest question was answered with a smile. They as a team went the extra step...or better said they went the extra mile with a smile.

I’ve been a mbr for over 10 years, This staff is why I come back ❤️ my favorite branch! They are fun, wonderful, and always working hard to setting standards high. I’ve noticed through their busy hours all the employees still maintain their smiles and professionalism. Genuinely disappointed in the level of service I’ve received several times at this branch. There is always a lot of whispering amongst the staff in front of members and I’ve witnessed the staff frequently speaking about other Community First members and their private affairs and finances after they finish their transactions and leave the building. Truly doesn’t seem professional and there is lack of privacy when completing transactions.

Awesome top notch service from Aida Zeco here at Community First Credit Union. We couldn't be happier with the way our finances were handled and the speed and efficiency things were taken care of. In light of the great service we opened up another account and added a loan with a very low interest rate. We highly recommend Community First Credit Union!

I had some suspected fraud on my account and I came in to the branch after trying to handle it on the 1800 number. When I got to the front I was told that these services were by appointment only and I could come back tomorrow. Melissa overheard this and intervened, bringing in Aida for support. The two of them were awesome and not only checked my account for fraud but reissued me a new card immediately just to be sure. Thank you so much for putting people in front of procedures!

I enrolled in the "double your deposit" program today. To my surprise, Melissa Meeks at the Fleming Island branch, contacted me by phone to see if I had any questions regarding the program. She was also very instrumental with helping my son obtain his first credit card. She took the time to explain the entire process so that he could choose the card that was right for him. Melissa's dedication to customer service is one of the many reasons why I love where I bank.

OK, where do i start? From the moment I walked in to this branch I was welcomed and treated like a member of the family. Rachel was absolutely AMAZING. She helped me to open an account and she was so pleasant and fun. I enjoyed every aspect of opening my account and the customer service is definitely red carpet all the way!!!! First of all if you are looking for a new place to bank your search is over. This is not only the best bank Fleming Island branch has the best people. No matter what we need or looking to do we are ALWAYS greated with a smile and a hello by name. The CD rates are comparible to the other banks. They even do an annual car sale which is when I started banking with them and got a great used car and a great bank all at one time. Wonderful bank and wonderful staff, each one of them, you can't go wrong...
