      Jesse, of commonwealth title services, is a wealth of information and knows how to get the job done. He has experience across a plethora of challenges and how to fix them. He showed up in person to my closing with the loan officer. After the closing, Jesse hung around and answered several off-topic questions related to business and real estate to help me better understand my future goals. This was way beyond expectations.       I spoke with Jesse about helping me with a purchase contract and informed him of the time sensitive nature of the matter. He informed me that a week is the time frame he'd need. I understand that work can get busy at times so a week would work and I'd inform the buyer. I never heard anything back and after numerous attempts to get information on the issue I finally received word 10 days later that they wouldn't do. Unprofessional with time management, response, and even checking emails. I can't believe a friend referred me to this guy.
