      Clear Edge Title is great company to work with! I have done several Closings for this title company and their communication and directions are always on point. Documents are always on time as well and they are easy to communicate with for any questions or concerns that signors may have.

      I had major issues getting my payment from direct deposit. I had to spend hours on the phone and was doing all of the leg work myself Instead of the title company. Disaster do not recommend!!!!!!

      Will update if things change but as of tonight I was supposed to recieve a $38,000 check from clear edge title today and it is not here. This is extremely frustrating and scary. UPDATE- this was a FEDEX issue. Resolved immediately when I brought it to their attention.

      Worst Title Company closing I have ever experienced. I would give less than 1 star if I could. No one at this company seems to know what they are doing, what the lender is doing or requires. No one at the company seemed to know that the borrower/owner and his wife (non-borrower) were in different states even though Notaries had to be sent to different locations. Documents were lost or misplaced. Staff was rude and blatantly lied, not only to us but also to the lender. They just changed their name, maybe it's time for a staff change as well. The involvement of this company in any future transactions will be a deal breaker.
