The reason why I am leaving this review is because Clear Title goes above and beyond for my clients. I have used several title companies and they seem to just slide the paper across the table and ask 1st time home buyers to just sign and by the end, they had no idea what was going on, no experience, but trusting whomever is pushing that piece of paper across the table. The communication is almost instant, my clients are always aware of what's going on and they make it very easy and comfortable for me to ask questions and to get information. I wanted to expand my 'quality' of service for my clients by using great quality closers and have a solid foundation to my circle. Clear Title has earned that spot. Just recently, Ashley Clark (Pensacola Branch) traveled to my sick client in the hospital. Not just did she travel, she was extremely patient with moments where pauses were needed for issues, explained documents, and even noticed when my client looked confused. She didn't get frustrated, she explained it until he understood, and she made it the most personable experience of my client's closing life... He sent me a card of gratitude for choosing a great circle of recommendations and Ashley with Clear Title was the icing on that cake, the last touch of his closing, last impression of the entire process.... THAT is how you end a transaction! If you're looking for a title company who just doesn't cattle you through a closing, but takes each one as important as the next, then Clear Title is for you. I wrote this on my own accord and without anyone asking. This is written from a Veteran, Active Duty Spouse, Blue Star Mom, and a local Military Realtor. High Standards... and they've been met today, for my closing.

I have been a refinance mortgage processor for two and a half years and have handled thousands of refinance transactions. I chose to work with Clear Title of NW FL for my personal refinance and could not be happier. The fees they charged were low and there were no unnecessary fees added. They also allowed me to provide my original owners policy, which cut one fee almost in half (they did not have to offer this - I know some companies won't). They were prompt with responding to my communication as the borrower, and they responded to the lender processor very quickly as well. Once the title work order was placed, the turn around time was only a few days so they work fast in getting their part of the transaction done (the preferred provider my company uses would have taken three to four times as long). When it came time to schedule the signing of documents, they were able to be flexible and accommodating with the scheduling. The office was very easy to find. It was also nice and clean and they were doing everything right in regards to COVID precautions. As both a consumer and a professional working in the industry, I can safely say that Clear Title exceeded my expectations. They are who I would send my family to, and I would 100% recommend them to anybody who wants a great experience.
