Malcolm is a detailed oriented professional who kept in communication with me from confirming my appointment to notifying me of his arrival time should he be delayed. I actually contacted another Mobile Notary about six hours before I called Clarksville Mobile Note. The competition didn’t answer the phone so I went on their site and filled out details required for them to quote. Six hours later and no reply I contacted CMN and I’m so grateful I did! That competitor has not replied to me yet 4 days later. If you need a Notary Public and you prefer to have them travel to you, then don’t waste your time with any other mobile notary service. Mr. Adams was wonderful, coming out to a friend's nursing home room and patiently going through page after page of her medical, financial and future estate planning papers so she completely understood the complicated terminology, etc. It took over an hour but he never rushed her. Considering everything, his service is a blessing and a bargain.
