Chisholm Trail State Bank N Broadway, Park City

I opened a checking account for convenience. I initiated a transfer from an external account into this account to have a cashier's check made. Two days after initiating it, the money shows up in my account. I go to the bank have them issue the cashier's check with those funds. I get a call a day later telling me my account is overdrawn and they were charging me $50. Not thinking it's fair when you make funds available before the transfer is complete and charging me for that, I went in to have charges reversed. Turns out my business means less to them than the $50 I asked them to reverse. I closed my account.

Chisholm Trail is a wonderful place to bank. They are very fast in the drive through. They are well staffed with tellers who know what they are doing.

I've been banking here since about 2012. I have really enjoyed the the customer service. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

NEVER open at 9 a.m. like the website says. Not quite sure this place is for me.
