At times can be difficult getting information out of them, and they seemed very confused when I did ask questions instead of blindly signing documents. They generated 3 iterations of documents with incorrect information and mismatched numbers, causing plenty of confusion and ultimately delaying the closing of my property. It ended up being fine, but it was a major pain in the butt.

Extremely difficult to get responses. Had to contact them multiple times through phone and email to try to get everything through. Even our loan officer couldn't get them to respond to her. Every time we finally got ahold of the front office, they wouldn't let us talk to our title agent and just overall had a very lackadaisical attitude over everything. Had to contact the notary ourselves to get an appointment made after we contacted them multiple times telling them how close we were to closing and we were still one day late to closing. Made a stressful process much more stressful.

I had an 11am appointment with a notary. Arrived at the appointed time. After being told that they would be right with me,I waited 15 minutes only to find that the notary was not in the office. Later I talked to the notary and she said she didn't know she had an appointment with me. Well, we reschedule for later in the day, after she gets a package that I can sign. In the office were 3 clerks, none seemed to be aware of what was going on. They were burning an incense or something that overwhelmed my wife due to the smell. She was unable to enter the office without becoming ill. Not a good experience.

Chicago Title in Ridgecrest is a great office for making sure I close escrow on time and with little worries. I can count on them to make sure everything is done right for my clients and they are always available for questions that I might have.
