Bad service is always the same they never change my check when they see a lot of money they only change small amount checks so why change checks terrible service

PEEESIMO service, pe, peeeeeesimo, in my experience, they marked as blocked the shipment to where we sent it and here in the office they appeared as charged, they go 7 days Avilés waiting for us to solve and only take it off with still not answer us do the investigation ... and one can not collect your money or your family can charge it, they should warn the client that this can happen in some offices because they say it is very common, but they never told us
