Caroline was super helpful. She let me know she is new here and so I was patient with her. She was very thorough and kind. For a newbie she's doing well. The wait time was short and her manager was also very helpful. Payments are low and feasible. Thank you!

This is a great place (never been to another store) the girls in here are polite and professional i have never felt judged being in there day after day to pull more and more. Very clear with the terms of the agreement. 5 stars for me

The wonderful ladies that work at the location on 22nd and Craycroft are such a blessing to work with. They truly do care, and go above & beyond. Ladies are knowledgeable, professional, & a great asset to the team.

Check verification process is through 3rd party PHONE DIRECTORY Whitepages!!! So if a company is not listed on WHITEPAGE their checks cannot be accepted at this location. Ridiculous. Also, rude staff. I don't normally get impatient but these people were just terrible.

well the girl that worked there was very nice. But I think there needs to be some policy changes. For example my wife took a loan she had to go to the hospital for a procedure and she has to stay for the next couple of days. So I went down to make the payment on the due date and because I wasn't on the account they wouldn't take my payment. Which baffles me if I'm trying to give you money for a loan that's payment is due on that date I don't understand for the life of me why they wouldn't take it. But they did extend it out so she could come in her self when she was released from the hospital. That was my only problem otherwise everything else is fine.

I just got turned away from cashing two checks, one is a U.S. Treasury Check issued by the Social Security Administration in my name, the other is a check from NetSpend Corporation. I presented my ARIZONA IDENTIFICATION CARD receipt showing my photo and ID card number, a certified copy of my birth certificate, receipt for an application for a replacement Social Security Card, a printout from the Social Security Administration showing my SSN, plus I had an Domicile Affidavit from the University of Arizona duly notarized, 5 letters from the Social Security Administration, several medical records, Department of Economic Security (DES) documents, an EBT card issued in my name, plus I have a photo of my current, unexpired California Drivers' License, yet the two digustingly obese women at the counter (both of them Hispanic, as is the business owner Gertie Salazar of Albuquerque, New Mexico who WORKS AT A SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE IN Albuquerque!) told me that "we don't accept paper documents" so that I can cash my checks, instead, leaving me to SUFFER for another "7 to 15 days" until my ARIZONA PHOTO ID is received by me in mail, and then another several days after that until my SSN ***CARD*** is received in the mail ... and these reviewers (probably relatives, probably mostly or entirely Hispanic and TOLD to write a review for their cronies) have the idiotic nerve to write how nice and compassionate these two women and M(r)s. Salazar's business are. B.S. ... I told them I'd see them in court. You'd think that someone working for SSA would have more compassion on someone like me who never had ID in Arizona whose entire smartphone wallet with smartphone, Driver's License and Social Security card was stolen from. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS ... THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO CALL THE COPS ON ME ... AND FOR WHAT? I never yelled, threatened, or did anything criminal to them yet they had the unmitigated GALL to call the cops on a would-be customer. Who are these people anyway? We will find out when I SUE them for a large sum of money. If anyone has had any problems with them such as I have (including being turned down for a JOB because they were not Hispanic enough!) CONTACT ME to be part of a HUGE class action lawsuit against them.

I've been using Call CheckMate for the past 2 years. They are always quick and have a great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

They were rude and unprofessional they made it difficult and didnt even cash my payroll check. I'm sure they judged me on my appearance and assumed it was fake cuz they didnt even make any effort to do they're job.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a loan shark. I was attempting to borrow $200 on a 2007 Nissan Altima that we purchased less than a year ago for $8500. The agent found a 2" paint spot from another vehicle on the bottom of the right side of my bumper. The car has no dents whatsoever. Checkmate would not loan the money as they stated 'we are very particular about the exterior details of any vehicles we provide title loans for.' This was an absolute waste of my time and efforts to take care of my electricity bill with Tucson Electric Power. Stay away from this place whatever you do. The 1.5 rating on Google and the crap reviews should have been warning enough, but I thought I knew better. Go across the steer to the place by Wal-Mart. They'll loan the money you're seeking and not treat you like an idiot.

I've gotten a couple of Registration loans from them. The service was great every single time. I would highly recommend this place!!!
