Jacquita Rotert1I go in to cash my bonus check at 540. They close at 6pm. As soon as I walk in the door, a dark haired lady rolls her eyes and sighs and says to the other cashier they are all rolling in now. Mind you there are 2 customers standing there and 3 others waiting aside from myself. They proceed to continue saying that everybody rushes in right at close. The older woman says WALMART IS OPEN UNTIL 7. Besides feeling like a total inconvenience to these two ladies, neither one of them welcomed me in their store or even acknowledged I had walked in. I sat down and waited while they continued their conversations about how they close at 6 and how other things are open on saturdays. And waited. Finally I left. I will take my business else where. I understand it’s friday but these employees put in the applications for the job yet act as if it’s an inconvenience to do it. I work customer service and that is NOT how you treat your customers or get return customers.
