John Reddy1What has happened to this office, I have been going here for years, where ever Kim and Kara went please please bring them back. The new lady is never there, she is super slow, and she complains about everything. Do to my work schedule I can only go on my lunch break. The past 2 times I went they were closed, not during the scheduled 2 to 230 lunch break that the sign says. Then the one time they were open, I was 2nd in line, thought I had gotten lucky...but oh no....40 minutes later, I was still sitting in the lobby, late getting back to work....goodness. whatever has happened please make it go back to normal before I have to take my business elsewhere.
