I love this store! I often come in for money orders and each time I visit, everyone is pleasant. Special shout out to my most recent teller Britney, she was very kind and helpful.

Been there a couple times, mostly to get money orders and I have never experienced any issues. Money orders used to be free now they charge $59 cents, which is not bad. If you go on Fridays the line might be longer than usual, I believe people cashing their checks but most of the time there are a couple windows open.

check city has the best customer service throughout the the hole las vegas valley I've been a customer for a very long time. BelieVE ME WHEN I SAY THERE SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! I'M A VERY HARD CUSTOMER TO PLEASE! THE WHOLE TEAM AT THIS STORE IS GREAT! 5 STARS!

They do the most . I've never had to give anyone my check stubs to cash my checks!! It's so ridiculous how much info they need from you . Took my almost an hour to cash an $100 check 🤦‍♀️

The worst customer service ever. I have had bad experiences other places and never felt it necessary to write a review until now. Sat and listened to a conversation about previous customers that was so volger and crude that I felt insulted. When I was finally called up after waiting for over 45 minutes of which most of was by myself, I was then left at the counter while the entire staff decided to go well within ear distance to continue their horrible conversation about yet another customer they felt with. Finally they came to address me but, not until after they all had a big laugh about turning away some poor individual who was seeking help in a time when most of the world is hurting. Just like I probably won't write another review about anyone else, I most definitely will never do business of any kind with check city or it's affiliates.

Good place to get a loan when you are in a bind but be careful the interest rates are not the best.

Ashley, is who I encountered on this visit to obtain a money order. Upon entering the store, I saw she, Ashley, didn't have a customer. I approached the window. Instead of a greeting, she, Ashley, looked up at me and said, "I am not not ready" and that's when I said and neither are your customer service skills! Instead of a nice greeting like, welcome to check city, give me just a moment to finish this paperwork and I will be right with you, if Ashley had said something in that way I wouldn't be writing this review. She did receive an ear full from me about how rude she was and that her customer service skills needed major attention. If you want to receive ZERO class customer service from Ashley, by all means go to this location, as for me, I won't be going back to this location. 😠 Thanks Ashley for making sure I would never return to your location. 👌

I actually miss going there to cash my meager paychecks. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Everyone is so nice and friendly. Even when they were crowded I didn't mind the wait because I knew that once I got to the window I'd have a pleasant experience. As long as you have verifiable identification, they'll work with you on your needs. I even heard them working with a woman that only had her work identification and a pay stub. Call them if you think you're having an issue. They really go out of their way to accommodate you as much as possible. Always top notch customer service. I miss them. Maybe I'll just drop in, wave, and keep going one day. 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 Keep them guessing.
