Karen Jelinsky1Check city protocol is if you have 3 loans out, you can Not get another loan. They have SUPPOSEDLY educated managers on staff , not at this office.!! Yes I respect the protocal, I had a balance of 37.30, my Last payment on a loan...that was owing, i came in to ask for $250.00 !! THIS COULD NOT BE DONE.... PER THE MANAGER .. do you employ idiots! . The reasonable transaction, and response would and should have been is deduct the $37.30 from the $250.00. And make the loan for $250.00 .. I am a long time customer...no more...you give authority to idiots...who can not..make a decision.. you lost a very good customer!
