Five stars is not enough for the greatest realtor I have ever worked with. Yolanda Cruz was wonderful and a true professional in her field. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I recommend you call Century 21 Alliance Realty first.

Yolanda Cruz is one of the best realtors that I know. She is thorough and thoughtful when she inspects a home. She takes a quiet, kind, and peaceful care to check every part, taking her time. She is a caring and kind person and an expert imo as a person who knows about homes. She asked important questions and when she sent back an analysis, it made total sense. I highly recommend Yolanda.

We had a great experience with C21 Alliance managing a rental property for us. Ron has been with us for years and he was awesome! Very attentive to needs of the renters and communicated with us immediately if things needed to be done which I'm sure was a plus for the renters as well. We highly recommend C21 Alliance and Ron specifically - you can't go wrong!

Century 21 and Ron Yount have been nothing but professional. They are honest, reliable, answer emails, return phone calls, and are absolutely on top of things. Ron has managed our family’s property for several years. When there were issues that needed to be addressed, with repairs, etc.. he was always very communicative. Ron recently managed a renovation for us while we were out of state. He is very keen about design selection, and has good relationships with the local vendors. He helped us navigate timelines, vendor selection, perspective on design, and assisted with being our eyes and ears when we were away. He performed a stellar job and managed the renovation and stayed to budget. Property management companies sometimes get a bad rap. From experience, I can attest to the good ones and the bad ones. Century 21 is one of the good ones.

My property manager Ron addressed all the issues with my rental property. Ron did a great job with locating vendors for maintenance issues and kept a professional relationship with my HOA. I couldn't have sold my home without all his efforts. I highly recommend this company because they are a small staff and they remember you and treat you like family.

I would like to give these guys 6 stars but 5 is the highest option. I bought my home with the help of Erica Sumner and her team which made the entire process smooth and easy. We even closed on time which is amazing considering i bought a foreclosed home owned by the bank. I also sent my employees to them to buy homes. By far Century 21 is the most professional and knowledgeable in our area. I have also had dealings with the rental division if you need a rental ask for Jeff he is the best!

We have rented an amazing home with Century 21 Alliance for nearly 6 years now. They have been excellent and professional in every way. When something breaks down in the house they have someone out within hours. We are so blessed to have such a caring and hard working staff to make our lives worry free and comfortable. We highly recommend Century 21 Alliance to everyone.

DO NOT SIGN WITH Century 21!!!!! I moved into one of Century 21's homes. 700 Square Feet in FL, for 800$/m. The owner lived in the house before us for over 20 years and decided to rent it due to her moving in with family due to her age. The house was never remodeled or anything. Same Carpets, Same appliances. Since we live in FL, we were hit by a hurricane which took down a large tree in the backyard. After calling my realtor agent (Liz) with Century 21 informed us she would have someone pick up the branches for us. Which never happened. After 2 months, and many failed attempts to reach Ms.Liz, I decided to rent a chainsaw and properly stack the logs and branches to a more remote side of the yard so my child could play in the back yard. I finally was able to contact someone at the office who let me know Ms.Liz has left the company and Ron would be taking over. So i called Ron and explained the situation with the branches. Ron's only reply was, for 200$ we can remove them. I told Ron I would not be paying to remove the logs as it was not in the contract and I am just the renter. Fast Forward a year, I decided to move my family to a place we would refer to our children as "a forever home". When leaving the current residence, due to a great family lose, we gave Century 21, a 20 Day notice we were leaving verbally though a voicemail (because getting a hold of them by phone is impossible) which hurt us because 2 days before moving, we got a call from them saying we couldn't move we didn't give it in writing. Century 21 made sure they didn't contact us about the situation until it was to late, which i find grimy but I was in the fault due to no written response. So we stayed there for an additional month at the rate of 930$. Since we were already moved out, this gave us an additional month to prep. the house we were leaving so we would received the full deposit. 1 Month later, we received a letter from Century 21 with the deposit charges. (Picture Attached) As much as I would like to write a story about how insulting this is, ill break it down the same way it was presented. Locksmith- We had to replace the locks because we kept getting stuck outside, we couldn't even get the mail without having to worry about taking our daughter away from her cartoons because we couldn't take a chance of her getting lock inside. Both Original locks and New locks were left with the realtor with both keys. Pest Control- We never had a single issue with any pest in the house, and not a single animal entered the house. Complete BS General Cleaning- Due to us not living at the house for an additional month, we painted, shampooed, and wash downed every wall in the house, which I learned how to do as a restoration worker. Carpets- Which were 20 years old, and was offered to us when moving in to be replaced, which i replied No, leave them, because I have a 3 year old daughter that might spill stuff on them, They were also shampooed when leaving. ( The Carpet in one bedroom did have 2 stains when leaving from a dropped drink) Living Room blinds- Nothing was wrong with them, just the screw spots to hold up the blinds did not have a placer in them, which causes them to eventually rot do to the weight, which is the owners fault for not properly installing. Kitchen Blinds- Understandable due to the fact that the Wand for the blinds went missing. Stove Pans- Understandable due to the pans being used Dining Room Light- Understandable It did break when cleaning Deadbolt- We could not leave though the backdoor because we were never given a key for that Deadbolt, creating a fire hazard. So i Took the deadbolt off and left it with at the house for reinstalling when we moved. 450$ Yard Work- The day we left, we payed a guy to do all the yard work, which I watched him do, It was very well done. After contacting Century 21 about this, They would not let me speak to Ron, they also hung up on me 5 times which was audio recorded. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY INTO ONE OF THERE HOMES. YOU WILL REGRET IT! Would write more but character limit reaches.

I have been renting from Century 21 for the past 2 years and have had such a great experience!! Jeffery Crowder was my rental agent and he has truly been amazing since day one!! I would recommend anyone looking for a rental to definitely check them out!!

We found Century 21 Alliance great to work with. Ron Y. was very understanding when we had a family problem. Everyone we met at the office,when needing to rent, were very friendly - thank you for everything.
