This bank is awesome. The fact that it's so small is one of it's biggest selling points. I have always been happy with their quality customer service and I went here after having a terrible experience with Oregon State credit union. They are so much more kind, helpful, and professional.

I've been a member for over 20 years. Most of the time they were ok but over the last year my experience has been horrific. I messaged them many times that I needed stuff that wasn't mine stopped. I tried to stop payment going to known sources and nothing thigs just continued to come out as if they fell upon Def ears. I had several transactions that were pulled in duplicate at no fault of my own and online streaming service pulling out of my account on 3 different dates of the month causing multiple overdraft fees to accrue. The streaming service reversed the amounts they over charged me and the duplicate charges were reversed but as for the overdraft fees they weren't willing to reverse. Any but like 3 or 4. I was charged over 27 over draft fees in 1 month period and over a 3-4. Month time span was charged over 1,300.00 in fees. It was like s snowball effect. I reached out to the bank sat down and discussed at least getting the fees acociated with the reversals refunded. I explained to them I had been injured and had surgery and my workers comp claim closed and my short term was denied my husband had lost his job and that ment not much if any money was coming in. But i got little to no compassion for my current situation. Also that in my entire history with them I had at most 4 - 5 max fees ever attached to my account they did not care.. I found a app that said it could help so I tried it. They were able to get a few more refunded but not even close to half were ever refunded back. I stopped overdraft protection in hopes it would stop the fees. I asked if they charged NFA fees I was told no but they lied. They started charging me those fees instead which was the same amount. I find that this bank isn't helpful and dosent care about the account holders good or bad account history they are totally in it for the money. not sure how to claim to be a community union bank. Communities work together and help in times of need not push you down more. After doing some research I found out there is no limit on how many refunds a bank can do they make a choice to put there pocket books first over the account holders. This saddens me. I did love this bank. the people that are at the window very nice. current bank practices suck. Unlike at OSU almost every overdraft fee I was given was reversed and I have been with them less than 2 years.

The bankers have been treating me nice lately so they get 4 stars. 😎

Been a customer here for years. Most of the employees here are nice. But they will nickel and dime you out of everything (more so then big banks.) Trying to get a little information you need costs you money. They also ask if you want to set up a password on your account for doing stuff in the office but they hardly ever ask for it. That brings up an alarm.

It's now July2020 and my issues have still been unresolved since the end of March. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this bank like the plague. They are knowingly letting a scam artist steal money from me every month and refusing to do anything about it, even with mountains of proof. The older Asian lady at the counter is also a major problem. She seems to think its okay to lecture us repeatedly instead of helping us avoid the mess in the first place. Horrible customer service. My husband and his family have been using this bank since it opened. Back when they were issuing 4 digit account #'s. This dip in customer service has only being in the last couple years.

I submitted a loan application for a car but ended up financing through the dealer within just a few hours after before my application had time to process with CWCU. Morgan and Edwin were amazing helping me with getting my checking and savings accounts set up. They had everything prepared before my appointment. I will definitely be looking at deepening my relationship with CWCU with refinancing my auto there and setting up other accounts. They really went the extra mile to help me out and were so kind.

Took money out of my account after I set up a stop payment because car was sold. Have since sent 3 notices stating that I must insure my SOLD car. Have been waiting for 2 months for repayment of money that they took after I asked to close account. Horrible!!!

My family has been banking here for as long as I can remember, and I don't plan on going anyplace else! I've had my card hacked and hundreds of dollars was stolen. The individuals at the credit union took care of me. Never a bad experience! They all rock!

Within less than a couple of months of opening our accounts, we had 8 random charges show up on our two accounts. None were from us and the credit union refused to do anything, saying that they farmed cards out to a third party and they farmed disputes out to a third party too. They do nothing in house. We contacted the police and had them hunt down how all these charges showed up thinking it was identity theft. No identity theft, just incompetent people at this credit union. The people who made these charges had just a number, the wrong number, with someone else's name, security code, and expiration date. The credit union allowed them to make 8 charges to our two accounts!!! We've been calling around the clock and sending letters. With very little investigation we discovered the bank is run by two Jewish women and two ambulance chasers (personal injury lawyers) from Albany. All four have bad reputations. Search board of directors and do your own investigation. We moved our money out and they're still making bogus charges to these two accounts. I don't know how crooks like this can stay in business. When we opened our accounts the chubby guy behind the desk laughed and jokingly said he banks at another credit union. That should have tipped us off. It was conveniently located but what a nightmare. Now I know why they are so small. Didn't know you had to be Jewish to bank here.

No standard auto pay, bad random account records, doesn't follow DMV rules, can't keep track of stamps, does not inform you of delays in there own procedure, doesn't notify on payment not going through. Not helpful. Worst experience ever! Go to Unitus or ANYONE ELSE.
