      I stopped in to this FDIC, bank today because It was conveniently located for me. All I needed was some change to put into my cas drawer, a couple of rolls of pennies, a roll of nickles and a roll of dimes. There was no one at the teller line but me and I was told that because I was not an account holder at the bank that they're not allowed to give me change. Well, I don't know for sure if this practice is against the FDIC licensing, but I do know that the policy will keep me from ever being a customer this bank.

      They repeatedly let charges go through that I couldn't afford and then charged me overdraft fees, despite me repeatedly asking them to disable the scam "overdraft protection", then they reported me to a collections agency almost a month after I paid the balance in full, because the branch didn't report to the credit agency that I paid it off... Update 02/19: It's been over two months now since I went to the bank and paid it off in full and I've gotten THREE letters about it. Each time I called and they act like they're unaware of my payment. Ridiculous!

      Don't have an account there so I cash my business checks there if written by a customer of theirs. After lobby closes the teller wouldn't cash check at Prometheus because of fingerprint policy. I asked why they couldn't send the I,k thru tube. Just can't bank policy. Sorry cone back tomorrow she said. So I went without medicine for my daughter cause of bank policy
