      Cedar Creek Lake Title is the place to go! I work out of the Rockwall area which is a good drive, but these ladies here are just adorable Texans. Their hospitality, attitude, is second to none. There’s nothing better than getting a nice crispy beer after closing with your clients! They also gave me a super nice shirt. Highly recommend you consider closing here, you won’t be upset, I guarantee it!

      I talked to a representative about the timeline to release escrow funds, they said it should be done fairly quick. It took them a week to respond, I had to send them THREE separate requests. When they finally responded, they lied and said that check was mailed on a Tuesday, September the 21, however it was postmarked Friday, the 24. Cedar Creek Title has horrible customer service.

      Not professional, little email updates, no response to emails for days, doesn’t seem to value all customers. My siblings and I selling property to a cash buyer since June. 3 months later still no paperwork to sign to sell. Will not recommend this title company to anyone.
