Never had any issues from this company only just wished they loaned more for the first time but I understand the concept and the strategy. They want to be sure your are consistent, reliable and trustworthy, before they loan you more. Me and my husbands have been a few times and it helps when it’s needed

I haven't used their car loan option, but I have used the "Cash to Payday" option they offer. I personally haven't experienced any issues with their service. They stated a time they had to be paid and that was it, no problems. Afterwards they go through all the paperwork and provide you with proof you have paid what you owe. I've borrowed from this location four times, no issues. Just an added note, if you do borrow from them using their car loan option, the interest is fairly high from what I've seen from other people who have borrowed from them. I wouldn't recommend them for a car loan unless desperate. My rating is based on my own experience and how I borrow from them.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! I agree with the first guy. But want everyone to know that the Silver 2000 Jetta with a ski rack has problems before you buy it. The shocks and struts HAVE to be replaced, the CV axle in the front pops constantly, from driving on a bumpy road to even popping when you let off the brake so it needs to be replaced. The latch to the hood is broken and takes some finagling to open the hood. There is a cylinder misfire that happens every 100 miles or so and will cause the check engine light to come on so since it hasn't passed inspection in the last 30 days, maybe you will get lucky and get it inspected before the light comes back on. It has a major oil leak in the rear main seal that on estimate at a garage is 3800 to replace because they won't just do the seal. The trunk does not open at all. The latch on the inside is broken and the key for some reason doesn't work on it either. Last, but not least, the dash doesn't open because the handle is broken. Now, I paid 2200 for it but since then a lot of stuff has messed up. It's been driven hard, and I'm not saying this because I missed a payment and they took it, I'm saying this because I KNOW that they won't tell you what all is wrong with it because they are shady. The original loan amount was $500 and after 2 months they want $1200 to pay it off. The car isn't nearly worth that trust me. I am hard on cars, in the last 5 years I have been through 7 different vehicles. When I say I'm hard on them, I mean it. I put 50000 miles on my other car just last year. Do not buy the car for the sticker price and as is because I promise you will regret it when the car dies on you and you wasted that kind of money.

Called after seeing a commercial, sounds like BS to me. I was told by a lady they held a check from my checking account and for 1st time customers they would only do a $100! That's hilarious! Like who doesn't have 10 friends or family members they could borrow $10 from if they needed $100? Like why use your car title for $100? I'll also be placing this review on my business pages so no one in my circle will be calling them as well

DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU!!! My 1st ever complaint like this ever! I did a title loan and admit to my late payments, which were paid the day i told them every time just as I told them!!! I done so because I WAS TOLD I WAS OK TO DO SO AS LONG AS I DID WHAT I SAID! I paid EACH MONTH and picked up within the 30 day late mark, which I was told, "If you simply tell us when you can then there's no problem! I told them and completely met the obligations that I was told! Never towed,NOTHING!! Wow, without loosing a minute sleep, this is one very sorry, pothetic company that FEEDS OFF THE POOR OR PPL IN A BIND regardless of honesty and character. Woops, they have none so I cannot expect it!! LOOSE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

The staff is very friendly and willing to help you out if you have your title. Stop by and see them they will try to help you out.
