Katie is awesome!!!! She is very considerate and compassionate during the whole process,,,, usually getting a loan is an uncomfortable stressful experience,,,, but not here at the cash store with Katie,,,, she is so helpful and so kind at what she does and how she works with customers,,,, awesome customer service skills,,,,I always feel so welcomed by her and very comfortable with asking 101 questions and getting the right answers and she makes everything so much easier and less stressful there,,,, it's awesome how she can help you print out what you need and she works in a very timely manner,,,, always in and out,,,, best service,,,, I sometimes find myself looking forwards to go in and say hi and make my payment with Katie,,,, And that's a first
