My wife and I came here and the customer service was excellent. The manager answered all of our questions and eased all of our concerns we had about getting a loan. 99% of the time, everything is great. But today, not so much. Came by at 11am to make a payment but a sign on the door says "Office will reopen at 11 today." After waiting an hour, still no one was there. Another customer told me no one was here since 9:15 and their posted hours are 9am-6pm.
