      I want to give a shout out for all the wonderful women that work at Cascade title Beth was amazing very helpful and such a sweet person to work with thank you all so very much for the Long haul in buying my home I really appreciate all of your help very sweet professional people to work with and I appreciate everything they've done even giving me the last minute phone call telling me it was done and over with was very much appreciated!!!!!!

      I had called the Florence Cascade Title Co and Casie had answered the phone. She was very short with me and at the end told me she was short staffed, which had nothing to do with our conversation. She then ended the call abruptly. It was very unprofessional and if she doesn’t have good communication and customer service skills, why would they want her to work there? If you are looking for a title company, don’t go through Cascade.

      Appallingly bad business. Escrow agent was rude to my client, never sincerely apologized and attacked her for her review. I recommend driving in to Eugene for title service.

      Escrow officer is very rude, disrespectful and talked down to me like I was a piece of dirt. I have never been treated so poorly by a Title Company. I would give them a -0 stars if I could. I won't go back there and definitely wouldn't recommend them even to my worse enemy. Bad, bad, bad!!!
